Foundation Location
Concrete Foundation: all concrete work is complete and up to final height.
Piling Foundation: all pilings are driven, the bandings are up and or the decking is in place.
Final As-Built Survey
final grading, walks complete, driveway complete, decks complete, railing complete
Final Elevation Certificate
access to inside building, garage and crawl space by our field crews, flood vents installed, all utilities (furnace, water heater, AC...) all installed
